Medicino offers a single platform that benefits both doctors & patients. It enables patients to browse doctor profiles online, book confirmed online and offline appointments, and get real-time stats. We are the first startup to introduce tracking real-time stats of offline doctor appointments, which benefits patients by reducing waiting line time.
How It Works
Step 1
Install And Register
Download the ‘Medicino' App from Apple app store or Google play store. And create your account.
Step 2
Doctor Appointment
Select ‘Doctor Appointment’ from the home screen of Medicino App.
Step 3
Select Doctor
Select the doctors from the list based on your preference. If you need an offline consultation, choose either "Visit Doctor At Home" or "Visit Doctor At Clinic." Then confirm the date and time.
Step 4
Confirmation
To confirm your booking, whether apply coupon code and submit or make the payment for consultation and checkout. You can view the updates of booking and consultation times on the home screen.

Login to the registered account in Medicino App.

Doctor Appointment
Select ‘Doctor Appointment’ from the home screen of Medicino App.
Step 3
Select Doctor
Select the doctors from the list based on your preference. If you need an online consultation, choose "Video Call," Then confirm the date and time.
Step 4
Book Appointment
To confirm your booking, make the payment for consultation and checkout. You can view the updates of booking and consultation times on the home screen.
Step 5
Consultation
Participate in the virtual consultation with the doctor using the app's video conferencing feature.
Step 6
Follow Up
Follow the doctor's instructions or recommendations, if any, after the consultation.

Login to the registered account in Medicino App.

Prescription
Upload or send a copy of your prescription. Availability of the medicines will be confirmed by the admin. And then proceed to checkout.
Step 3
Payment
Make the payment for the medicines.
Step 4
Confirmation
Receive a confirmation of your order, including Order status through SMS. And then track the order in the home screen.
Step 5
Delivery
Wait for the delivery of the medicines to your doorstep.
